We’ve adopted a storytelling approach to our brand building, where we aim to showcase
meaningful stories about compressed air to establish ELGi as a thought leader. The
challenge is to take highly technical, and often dry topics, and present them in ways that
are engaging for customers and media partners. Panchalee has been a key resource in
telling these stories, with a keen eye to tailoring the approach for a specific audience.
Her abilities to clearly understand briefs, address appropriate clarifying questions, and
present drafts that require minimal changes have drastically reduced my involvement in
the mechanics of content production, thus allowing me to spend time on identifying new
stories. Panchalee is a great partner for ELGi.
