We are looking for a senior writer to join our team in India who has experience in producing content related to marketing communications. The ideal candidate is proficient in creating smart, creative copy to drive our client’s marketing campaigns. She/he must have a good understanding of technology and be familiar with what goes into B2B marketing campaigns.

The writer will be working exclusively for a large technology client and be an extended part of the client’s in-house content team.

Job responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, compelling content (e-mails, brochures, flyers, presentations etc.) that can be converted into visually appealing assets to enable inside sales team in lead generation.
• Develop campaign-driven assets such as microsites, infographics, video scripts, etc.
• Assist in crafting leadership communication.
• Work with the digital marketing team to update or create content/new webpages related to solutions, services and brand.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize marketing communications materials.

• Ability to convert technical content into marketing copy.
• Think creatively to produce engaging copy and smart headlines and taglines.

Education

Work experience: 8-12 years

We are looking for a senior writer to join our team in India who has experience in business writing. The ideal candidate is proficient in writing research-based articles and blog posts for a business reader, creating different types of marketing collateral and is familiar with industry trends and developments. She/he must know how to adapt both the writing style and messaging to suit different types of collateral and communication channels.Job responsibilities:

• Write articles and blog posts for clients in both technology and non-technology space.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, white papers and eDMs for clients
• Manage newsletter production end-to-end.
• Edit and proof-read copy.

Ideal skills:

• Excellent writing skills with a strong command of language.
• Ability to conduct online research and connect the dots to develop original content for CEO thought leadership.
• Meticulous worker who pays attention to detail.
• Multi-tasker who can manage several projects at a time.
• Self-starter and independent worker

Background

Preference for business or technology journalists or someone who has worked as a writer in a public relations or an in-house content writer as part of corporate communications in a company.Education
